About Us

The history of my farm goes back to 1926 when my great grand parents homesteaded on the location of our present yard location. I was born in 1960 and raised on the farm. When I got out of school in 1978, I started my farming career by owning and operating a 150 sow farrow to finish hog operation. Over the years I got married, had a family and moved to Foam Lake but still operating a mixed farm. In 2005 we lost the hog operation to fire and I became just a grain farmer.

In 2008 we became a dealer of QUARRY SEED specializing in Roundup Resistant Soybeans.

The Quarry Seed lineup of products includes: Roundup Ready® Soybeans, Conventional Corn, Confectionary Sunflower Varieties.
